CLASS FAQ
Pole 101 and 202:
The classes in these 2 levels are not progressive, so you can take them in any order. There are 2 series in level 101 and 202: Black (Static Pole) & Grey (Spin Pole). Black has 8 classes and Grey has 4 classes.
Start with Black or Grey series or take them both together.
Attend all shades of Black (8) and Grey (4) in any order. You will learn a spin and transition move combo in each class.
Repeat any series or class over again until you feel confident and ready to move to move from 101 to 202. Once you are comfortable with all the moves in 202, you can progress to Pole 303.
Pole 303
Pole 303 has 3 series: A, B & C. Each series has 4 progressive classes starting with class 1. In class 4 you will put all the moves you learned in class 1-3 together. You can take any series first (A, B or C), just be sure to start with class 1.
Pole 404-606
Pole 404-606 each have 4 series: A, B, C & D. Each series has 5 progressive classes starting with class 1. In class 5 you will put all the moves you learned in class 1-4 together. You can take any series first (A, B, C or D), just be sure to start with class 1.
1) For your safety, please be on time for class! Instructors have the right to refuse entry if the participant is more than 10 minutes late.
2) No phone calls or texting during class.
3) Only indoor shoes or bare feet are allowed in the studio area.
4) We provide fresh filtered water. Please bring a reusable water bottle to keep hydrated.
5) All equipment must be returned at the end of class.
6) No chewing gum allowed during class.
7) Please be mindful of noise level while class is in progress.
8) Can't make it to class? Here is our cancelation policy:
Early cancel: Cancel 12hrs before to put the class back into your account
Late cancel: Cancel after the 12hr cut-off time and the class will not be returned to your account
No-show: If you don't early/late cancel and don't show up to class, you will be charged a $10+tax no-show fee.
Please be sure to cancel if you can't make it to class, so that someone else on the waitlist can take the class!
If a spot opens up within 12hrs of the class, we will call the first person on the waitlist to give them the spot. If they do not answer, we will then call the 2nd person, then the 3rd, etc. Whoever answers or responds first will get the waitlist spot!
Pole Classes are all classes that use the pole as the main exercise apparatus. All participants must reserve a spot in all Pole Classes. Click HERE to see the full list of Pole classes.
Aerial courses and classes must also be reserved. Click HERE to see the full list of Aerial classes.
Dance Fitness Classes are appropriate for all levels. You do not need to reserve a spot in Dance Fitness Classes, but it is recommended as classes do fill-up. Click HERE to see the full list of Dance classes.
