Black and Grey Series
There are 2 colour series in level 101: Black (static pole) and Grey (spin pole). Black has 8 shades and Grey has 4 shades. You will learn two moves in each class and how to link them together. You may start in any series and take the colours in any order within the series. You may also attend more than 1 series at a time. Repeat as needed until you feel comfortable moving up to level 202.
STATIC POLE Attire: Pants or tights that cover the back of the knee to reduce friction. Runners or barefoot.

Jet - Figure Skater & Body Wave Kick w/Step Ball Change
Midnight - Shooting Star Spin & Backslide to Floor
Onyx - Fireman Spin & Pirouette
Raven - Mermaid Spin & Proposal
Slate - Backspin (Rodeo) & Backslide
This level will teach the basic fundamental technique of pole dancing. We will go through safety tips including shoulder engagement and wrist alignment. This level will also help to build your strength with emphasis being placed on the upper body and core giving you the confidence to move to the next level. Every move you do gives you a great stretch, creating long lean muscles. You will feel stronger, your body will begin to tone and tighten, and you will feel muscles you never knew you had.
SPIN POLE Attire: Shorts so that you can stick to the pole. Runners or barefoot. This Grey series is a SPIN POLE series, so the pole is unlocked and in spin mode. Because of this you MUST WEAR SHORTS so that you will stick to the pole.
