Our classes are divided into 3 categories: Pole Fitness, Aerial Arts and Dance Fitness. Pole and Aerial classes have progressive levels. Check the charts below to see where to start! Dance Fitness classes are mostly all levels (unless specified), so you can start with any class.
DANCE FITNESS CLASSES
Beginner Twerk, Floorwork L1/L2, Splitsability, Bendy Body, Sexy Street, *Bungee Fitness, *Aerial Yoga, Sexy Flexy, Booty Call, Pelvic Pilates, Legs and Lines.
*While Bungee Fit and Aerial Yoga are technically aerial classes, they are also included as dance fitness classes because they can be attended by students on the One Week Trial and are included in the unlimited dance fitness portion of the Premium Membership.
