Not sure where to start? Our classes are divided into 3 categories: Pole Fitness, Aerial Arts and Dance Fitness. Dance Fitness classes are all levels, so you can start with any class. Pole and Aerial classes have progressive levels. Check the charts below to see where to start!
Two Week Trial
