Cancellation Policy
Attendance Policy
All Members and participants must be on time for class! Instructors have the right to refuse entry into class if the participant is more than 10 minutes late. The first 10 minutes of class is where the Instructor leads a warm-up. Warming up is crucial as it gets the mind and body read for working out and prevents injury.
Members must scan their key tag and obtain a wristband in order to attend class. The wristbands are collected by the Instructor at the beginning of every class. This is our system to keep track of attendance.
Payment Policy
All membership, drop-in, workshop, and course payments are non-refundable. If you registered a spot with a payment and are unable to attend class and you have given the Studio 12-hours notice, you may reschedule another class without penalty.
Registering to Attend a Class
Members MUST register for ALL classes they wish to attend in order to be guaranteed a spot. This includes Pole, Aerial and Dance Fitness classes. All classes are subject to a strict 12-hour Cancellation Policy. You may drop in last minute depending on availability.
Cancellation Policy
Any Members or Guests who do not show up or cancel their class with less than 12 hours notice will be subject to the following penalties:
Guests: If this is your first time attending a class you are reserved in, you have 12 hours to notify us by phone, e-mail, or–if you have a log-in name and password–to cancel your registration online. Payment is non-refundable, but we are more than happy to reschedule you to another date. If you miss the 12-hour notification cut-off, we assume you are taking the class and the class cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or credited.
Punch Card Members: if a spot is reserved in class and the punch card member does not show up without 12-hours notice, a class will be automatically deducted from your punch card.
Monthly Members (24-class allowance): if a spot is reserved in class and the Monthly Member does not show without 12-hours notice a class will automatically be deducted from your pole allowance. Members who continue to miss class without notice will lose their reservation privileges after 3 incidences.
Courses/Workshops: courses and workshops must be pre-registered and you are automatically reserved into all classes that are part of the course or workshop. There are no refunds, partial refunds, or make-up classes for missed classes.
Drop in: You may still drop in to a class, however there is no guarantee there will be a spot. Members who drop in to a class will only be given a spot if space is available on a first-come first-serve basis.
Members who are more than 5 minutes late WITHOUT NOTICE will forfeit their spot in the class. The spot will be granted to anyone on the wait list who are present at the studio. If an unforeseen situation arises that prevents a member from being on time for class, please give the studio a call in order to keep your spot.
Cancellation Policy for Private Lessons: once the full balance of the private lesson has been taken, it is considered a confirmed lesson. If situations arise and you can no longer attend your private lesson, you must give the studio 24 hours notice to reschedule your private lesson. Notice less than 24 hours will not be granted a reschedule. All private lesson fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy for Parties: during the Tentative Booking period, you may cancel anytime without notice (more on party bookings here). Once the the full balance of the party has been taken 7 days before the event, it is considered a confirmed booking. There is no rescheduling and all fees are non-refundable. Our party calendar fills up very quickly, and once you have confirmed with the full balance, we turn other parties away to reserve this time for your event. Please use the Tentative Booking period to consult your friends/family before confirming with the full balance 7 days before the party.
How the Wait List Works
If a class is full and there is a wait list option, we highly recommend taking that option! Members’ plans do change last minute, which means there is a good chance you can still get into the class. When a spot becomes available, the first person on the wait list will be AUTOMATICALLY put into the available spot. This person will be notified via email and text message, and if this is you but you wish to cancel, please do so before the 12-hour cut off.
